What should an MVP include?
A consumer product MVP, as MVP to Shelf defines it, includes the core function, quality good enough that buyers judge the idea and not the sample, a real price and a way to buy. It leaves out extra sizes, colorways and add-ons until early buyers ask for them.
The reason is simple: every option you add multiplies samples, inventory and supplier minimums before you know anyone wants the first version.
